Squeaky Wheel SA is a registered NDIS provider located in Port Lincoln, South Australia. We are a small private family-owned company offering tailored supports for individuals living with a disability.

Our philosophy is built on the foundation of high quality innovative supports and raising community awareness, but more importantly, empowering individuals throughout their journey and celebrating their achievements along the way.

Being trained and registered in Positive Behaviour Supports and Restrictive Practices, we have the capacity to work through complex situations with individuals and their support network to create personalised care plans. We can also provide Emergency, Short, Medium or Long Term accommodation.

Our supports are designed to assist individuals with their confidence, exercise choice and control, and build positive relationships, whilst maintaining an environment of dignity and privacy.
